Whilst continuously striving to improve services, the AIS accepts that causes for concerns/complaints can arise. If a patient or their family want to proced with a formal complaint, this can be done in any of the following ways:
AIS will acknowledge the receipt of a your complaint within 3 working days. AIS will investigate in details your complaint and provide you a formal response within 20 working days.
