For every event organizer it is a legal requirement to provide medical cover for people attending that event.
We offer event medical cover in North Yorkshire region for a large variety of events: cycling, motor sport events, athletics, festivals, exhibitions, county shows and community events of all types.
We are customer focused and we understand that our clients have different requirements. We work closely with event organisers in order to find the best level of cover and to ensure the Health & Safety criteria for the event. An initial risk assessment is part of the booking process for an event and estimates the minimum level of medical cover that is needed. During the event, we will ensure that the event runs smoothly based on initial planning. In the light of unexpected events, we are able to offer last-minute cover and bringing extra resources if needed. In case that a patient need to be transfered to A&E, we can provide this services being CQC registered.
We have advanced life support ambulances, which qualifies us as a provider to cover events in response to injuries and incidents. We have well maintained vehicles and equipped to fully current NHS specifications. Our ambulance crews include emergency medical technicians and certified HCPC paramedics, with NHS ‘999” experience.
